This is the perfect cake for Spring birthday celebrations! Delicious layers of light sponge cake in ombré colours sandwiched together with white vanilla frosting. The whole cake is covered in mint green sugar fondant and topped with matching candles, pretty icing and bespoke butterflies.
I made the butterflies using a skinner blend and added a small diamanté for the head.
